David Hardy

David is a first-year PhD student in the HESA program. David most recently moved from Philadelphia where he earned his master's degree from Temple University in Educational Administration. He also worked as a Spanish teacher in an inner-city high school during this time. David was born in raised in Utah where he earned his bachelor's degree in Spanish Teaching from Brigham Young University. David is married and has a six-year old son.

David works as a NSSE project associate on Team 3 (institutions No-U of A)

Research Interests
David is most interested in student engagement, and the institutional factors that affect student learning.
