Debbie Santucci

Debbie Santucci is a Ph.D. student in the Higher Education and Student Affairs program. Prior to joining IU, she received her M.Ed. in Higher and Postsecondary Education from Arizona State University. As a graduate student, she worked as the Residential College Coordinator for the Mary Lou Fulton College of Education, a UNI 100 course instructor, and as a Research Associate focusing on student employment. She received her B.S. in Marketing from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with minors in Communication and Dance. Debbie was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona.

 

Job Responsibilities
Debbie works in the Center for Postsecondary Research as a Client Services Project Associate for NSSE Team One (institutions A – E)

Research Interests
Student engagement (non-traditional, first-year, relationship to academic major, and faculty), faculty development, tenure process, first-year learners, classroom delivery, learning communities, higher education staff professional development
